Test Kit Orders for Patients

As all of our tests need to be prepaid, once you have submitted your test kit order request, a member of our customer service team will contact you to obtain your credit card details. Alternatively you can call us on 1300 55 44 80 (weekdays between 8.30am and 5.30pm AEST) to order your test kit directly

Please note: Patients can only order tests once they have received a signed practitioner request form from their consulting practitioner. Please ensure that the order below is placed under the patient's name.
